When a member of the Quartet feels he is being led to a different ministry, we begin praying for the person God would lead to be a part of the Believers Quartet.  In our human minds, we always question the impact the change will bring.  There are many things to consider when a group replaces a member…a willingness to go whenever we have the opportunity it a must!  We also feel sense of humor is required, along with a positive attitude and compatibility with the rest of the guys.  Most important to all of us is the dedication this man must have to Christ.

Remember, ask and ye shall receive!  The Lord sent us Bill Cockerill, a native of Sumter.  As we all met during a voice lesson, all four of us decided that Bill would sing tenor and Stan would move to baritone. Bill has a wonderful, pure voice that will bless you.  As soon as you meet Bill, you will agree with us…he is a wonderful answer to prayer and a great addition to The Believers Quartet!
